If you are expecting a guest, just let the front desk know and we will make sure to welcome them by name and make them feel comfortable while they wait for your appointment.
Your guests will be offered a drink, and they will be directed to a waiting area and you will be informed of their arrival. If you have reserved a conference room they will be seated and made comfortable until your arrival. Beverages in the lobby are stocked to be available to your guests only, feel free to store your preferred drinks in the kitchen refrigerator!
If you need to leave documents, keys, or any other item for pick up, just let the front desk know or leave a note with any details that may be needed. If you receive a delivery of any kind, you will be contacted by email.
The coffee bar located in the lobby is reserved for guest/client use only. All agents have access to the coffee bar located in the kitchen. If any supplies are low or exhausted, just let the front desk know and we will be happy to restock that item for you!
Water is available free for your clients.
We have two Notary Publics and there is no fee to our agents or their clients for real estate documents! We do not offer mobile closings.

Public Restrooms are through the door next to the coffee bar in the lobby. Please direct your guests or clients to these bathrooms. The bathrooms near accounting and in the back hall are for agents & staff only.
Mailboxes are located behind the cabinet doors in the lobby by conference room one. Large packages can be picked up from the cabinets under the lobby coffee bar.
