Office Basics

Office Hours of Operation - DOORS

The doors automatically unlock from 9am to 5pm, Monday-Friday. They will remain locked during the weekend, but you can gain access any time with your door key card! 

BEFORE 9am and AFTER 5pm: TO LEAVE, USE THE RED “EXIT” BUTTON TO  THE RIGHT OF THE LOBBY DOORS TO TEMPORARILY UNLOCK THEM. THEN BE SURE THE DOORS SHUT/LOCK BEHIND YOU!

There are several access points around the office:

Lobby - Public

XLR8 Training Center - Public (during events only)

Break Room - Agents and Staff only

Shared Workspace - Agents and Staff only

WORKSPACES 

There are several workspaces available to all agents without private offices. 

The Shared Workspace is equipped with 12 divided workstations, lounging space, and four private phone rooms. This is designated as an office “Quiet Space”.

Call rooms are fitted with foldable standing desks, outlets, sound-dampening panels, and stools. These spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Break Room / Kitchen - This is a great place to connect with other agents. Vendors will hang out in here sometimes, too.

Do not give this password to your guests! This is for Pure Realty agents only!

PRINTERS  

There are two printers located next to the kitchen. You are able to print in color or black and white on printer 8145. 

Your drivers and preferences are set to print Color (default) on printer 8145.

Fax service is available via electronic transfer. Please contact the Director Of Planning & Complianceif you need access to fax. 

If you give out the fax # (512) 337-0201, it will be received as an email to the Front Desk.

If you have any trouble or questions please let the Director Of Planning & Compliance know.

Office Computers

There are office computers in every conference room.  Please refrain from allowing clients to access Pure Realty computers. These computers have access to the full Microsoft Office Suite and are ready to print, just enter your 4-digit printer code when prompted. Please do not save your printer code on the computers!

NOTICE: Do not edit any computer settings, download programs, or save documents/images to these computers.  Any files saved to office computers WILL BE DELETED.
