WE SUGGEST SETTING THE RESERVATION START TIME AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME TO PREVENT OVERLAPPING SCHEDULES.
Please arrive early if you'd like to set up your laptop to cast to the screens in the conference room!
Conference Room 1
Due to frequent use for recruiting interviews, this room has a standing reservation and may not be reserved.
If you require a reservation for this room, please contact Steven to confirm availability.
Conference Room 2
Located directly to the left of reception area.
•This conference room is our largest and is able to host up to 8 occupants at the table.
•View from large window gives an open airy feel
•Center window panes have been frosted for privacy
Conference Room 3
Located behind the Director of Agent Development office, just to the left of reception.
•TV with PC, mouse and keyboard available
•Whiteboard
•You can connect your device via CASTing
•Seating for up to 6 people
Conference Room 4
Located directly to the right of hallway that leads to the Kitchen.
•TV with PC, mouse and keyboard available
•You can connect your device via CASTing
•Seating for up to 4 people
Conference Room # 5
Due to frequent use for the director of agent success one x one's , this room has a standing reservation and may not be reserved. If all other conference rooms are in use, please contact steven for other options.
GUIDELINES FOR CONFERENCE ROOM USE
•Do not change any computer settings or download any programs on office computers. Remember to clear your passwords and sign out before leaving!
•Reservations are the only way to guarantee a conference room will be available at your desired time. If you are in a hurry please let the front desk know with enough time to arrange an open room for your meeting.
•Do not leave trash or items in the conference rooms after use. Please try to leave the rooms as you found them after every use.
•Conference rooms are not to be used for calling sessions or to work privately. We have many appointments, meetings, and closings that require that these spaces are available and take priority. If a client comes in for an appointment you may be asked to leave and work in designated workspaces. The Shared Workspace, call rooms, training room, and kitchen are great spaces to get work done!
•If you use conference rooms outside of regular hours, please be sure to turn off lights and TV upon exit, and leave it as clean as you found it.
